Hi, I’m Giorgio, welcome to our ancient family vinegar factory.
Together with my father Mario, President of the Consortium of Producers “Antiche Acetaie” and President of the Association of ABTM D.O.P. I share the passion for ABTM in all its facets, from production to the disclosure of its secrets.
In the acetaia we will show you numerous batteries including the one started by my great-grandfather Mario in 1905 still in production.
We will also talk about other important batteries for my family such as those started by my grandfather Giorgio in the early 1950s in honor of the birth of his children.

Thanks to our great passion for ABTM we have decided to open the doors of our house and welcome you to this magical world.

We welcome you to Acetaia Gambigliani Zoccoli which produces ONLY and EXCLUSIVELY Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena D.O.P.

We propose a visit with explanation to the Ancient Acetaia kept in the historic family villa, followed by a pure tasting of our two products: Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena D.O.P. minimum 12 years of aging and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena D.O.P. Extra Old.

The visit develops according to the following program:
• You will be welcomed by Mario and Giorgio Gambigliani Zoccoli who will introduce you to the history of the family, of the farm, of the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena D.O.P. and its production techniques
• Continue with a visit to the Acetaia located in the attic of the Villa
• Tasting in purity of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena D.O.P. minimum 12 years of aging and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena D.O.P. Extra Old
• at the end there will be the possibility to purchase the ABTM D.O.P. and ABTM D.O.P. Extra Vecchio (we offer the possibility to ship the product just purchased directly to their home).
