These are products with intense aromas, characterized by marked sapidity and acidity, with the typical complexity of refermentation in the bottle. All our wines are not filtered, the SO2 level is less than 30 mg / l, the entire production is certified organic (as well as vegan).

Our structure is situated in a truly suggestive position that offers a particularly interesting natural environment enriched by the presence of many rural villages and churches. While in front, a wonderful panorama that allows the view over a large part of the province of Modena.

During the visit we will accompany you (if the weather permits) for a tour among the vineyards in order to show you the characteristics of this territory that we defend and respect in all the processing phases of its fruits; we will then guide you in the winemaking, bottling, storage and aging rooms, telling you the “secrets” of our production philosophy … our Ancestral Method.

Following the tasting:
You can finally taste 3 of our most representative labels expertly guided by one of our managers. In combination with mountain tigelle with cold cuts and mixed cheeses and organic jams.
