We will start from the Museum of Masks in Mamoiada and then head with our own means towards the vineyard.
During the visit to the vineyard, the winemaker will reveal the secrets of green pruning, an important phase that allows you to evaluate the phytosanitary state of the vine, in order to carry out the biological treatments.
At the end of the demonstration you will be able to take advantage of a tasting of typical local products and of the good Cannonau, the Sardinian wine par excellence, produced from the vinification of the black grape variety, the most widespread in Sardinia and typical above all of the central area of the island.
