Our half-day wine experience is a comprehensive short course at one (1) winery, which incorporates an educational tour that focuses on the historical importance of Mount Etna, the winemaking traditions, and contemporary blends based on Carricante for white wines and Nerello Mascalese for red wines followed by a tasting of estate wine with an assortment of local delicacies.
