Stop At: Mount Etna, 95030 Catania, Sicily Italy
Our guide will lead you along nature trails to reach some of the over 250 lateral craters of Etna (1,800 / 2,000 m altitude). During the walk through woods and lava fields the main volcanic products and morphologies will be explained as well as indigenous flora and fauna.
You will also visit a volcanic cave (in the presence of snow or volcanic activity, the visit cannot be made for safety reasons) using helmets and torches supplied by us. The guide will explain his training, the main morphological characteristics and socio-economic uses.

You will reach an Etna cellar where a selection of local wines will be served accompanied by typical dishes specially chosen to enhance each wine. The experienced staff will describe the wines served and you will be immersed in an atmosphere of local history and traditions.
