We are a young but dynamic farm, and we want to keep a limited production, in favor of the quality of our products, dedicating extreme care to the conservation of the only small Cru of Garganega in Caucciolo, Fittà, free and wild.
The grapes are meticulously harvested by hand and vinified under a spontaneous fermentation regime with its own indigenous yeasts, without any filtration to clarify it, for now, we only vinify grapes from our Cru di Garganega.

What to Expect When Visiting VR, Veneto, Italy
We are a young but dynamic farm, and we want to keep a limited production, in favor of the quality of our products, dedicating extreme care to the conservation of the only small Cru of Garganega in Caucciolo, Fittà, free and wild.
The grapes are meticulously harvested by hand and vinified under a spontaneous fermentation regime with its own indigenous yeasts, without any filtration to clarify it, for now, we only vinify grapes from our Cru di Garganega.
The tour begins with a visit to the vineyards and the countryside, during which we will tell you about our reality, but also the history of this land, the viticultural and enological techniques that characterize the Soave area.
Later you will be able to taste, in the courtyard of the rustic or in the internal hall (depending on the weather) our natural wines, unfiltered, obtained from vineyards aged between 30 and 50 years, which allow us to have fresh and drinkable products, with high acidity, being able to exploit all the best from the Garganega fruit.
The tasting will be accompanied by appetizers, breadsticks and taralli.
