Together with chef Davide from Trattoria Caprini you will experience an amazing cooking class of Italian fresh pasta.
Davide will involve you in the preparation of the homemade “pasta fresca”. You will discover the selection of quality ingredients along with the techniques passed down for generations and that led to the production of the “lasagne”, which make his restaurant a unique and appreciated place.
You will eat for lunch or dinner your own-made lasagne paired with some famous wines of Valpolicella. After this activity, you will receive a present from the Trattoria.
