Verona Trip Overview
The Truffle hunting is a total immersion in the mysterious world of truffle; an exclusive experience for wine and food lovers.
Our goal is to offer an unforgettable emotion both in nature and at the table by tasting delicacies combined with selected wines of the area.
Participants are let to the woods with our master truffle dog. This is the most fascinating part of the route and honestly speaking, the dog is the real leading actor of the hunt.
We will leave the city early morning and on board of our mini-van we’ll reach the Lessinia Mountains, group of all Eastern Alps.
Here Frank and his lovely dog Benny, will wait for us, ready to get lost in the forest.
After our truffle walking with all the truffle picked, we will go back to Verona city center, where a delicious lunch based on the truffle will be prepared for us.
As aperitif we will visit a unique “vineria” where we’ll have a proper wine tasting and a nice lesson on how to pair the right wine with black truffle.

After our truffle walking with all the truffle picked, we will go back to Verona city center, where a delicious lunch based on the truffle will be prepared for us. Our lunch will take place in the most historical restaurant of Verona: Damiano and his wife and the chef as well, Silvia, will take care of us.
From the bruschetta with truffle, to homemade tagliatella with truffle, all paired with great local wines.
As aperitif, we will also visit a”vineria” just in front of the restaurant, where we’ll have an unique wine tasting experience, explaining which wines to pair with black truffle and in general with food.
