- Large bags and rucksacks are not allowed inside St Mark’s Basilica
- At certain times it may not be possible to enter any of the visited churches due to religious functions taking place. These closures are beyond our control so no refunds or discounts will be issued. Guides will provide explanation from outside.
- In case of high water, St Mark’s Basilica Skip the line entrance will remain closed
- Guaranteed skip-the-line entrance to St Mark’s Basilica is compulsory from April to October due to high number of visitors. St Mark’s Basilica does not offer a fast entry service to anyone in other periods considered off peak season. No refund is due when skip-the-line reservation isn’t required.

• Operational schedule: Doge’s Palace Tour (2 hours) starts at 11.10am and Skip the Line: Best of Venice Walking Tour with St Mark’s Basilica and Grand Canal tour (3 hours) starts at 2.30 pm. There is a lunch break between 1.10pm and 2.30pm when it starts the second part of your tour featuring St Mark’s Basilica and hidden Venice Walking tour. The tour will end at 5.30pm

• Skip the line tickets to St Mark’s basilica are valid from 1st April until 31st October – From 1st November to 31st March due to less affluence to St Mark’s Basilica, this service is not provided by the church to all operators and individual travellers
