Learn the history of the estate: the owner saved few plants from an antique vineyard in Torcello Island were the last surviving remains of the indigenous variety of Venice.
At the end of the tour, toast with fine wines. You will savor a red wine, and a white one. A long, almost extreme maceration brings incredible structure and longevity to the wine. Following in the footsteps of local farming tradition and inspired by the world’s great reds, this white wine is intrinsically linked to its terroir. There is only one hectare of this vineyard variety in the world, and only 3500 bottles are produced each year: you will have the opportunity to taste it.
