You will enjoy a world of passion visiting two wineries and tasting four different types of Organic Prosecco (Brut, extra dry, extra brut, Col Fondo) in each winery. The tasting includes a light lunch made of tasty plates of typical local food. In each winery, you will spend 2 hours sipping the best prosecco wine.

You will also visit Castelbrando one of the largest and oldest castles in Europe overlooking the hills of Prosecco recently UNESCO World Heritage.

The first winery is La Vigna di Sarah a sparkling, young winegrape growing estate set in a multi-colored, scented land caressed by sun and wind where you will taste three different types of Organic Prosecco. The grapes are harvested strictly by hand on a full moon that makes La Vigna di Sarah a very unique experience. Prosecco will be paired with local food (cheese and salami) and vegetables from its biodynamic garden. Sarah says “Personally, I am convinced that this is the only possible path towards the sustainability of the territory. I want my children to run and play among the rows”.

Before heading to the second winery you will discover Osteria senz’Oste a rustic venue boasting the most marvelous views over the lush landscape that unfolds beautifully below. A scenery of valley and hills covered in rows of grapevines.

Stop At: Cantina Stramaret, Via Cal Dritta, 81, 31049 Valdobbiadene TV, Italy

The second winery is Stramaret which stands out among the producers of Valdobbiadene for its wine-growing tradition, that started away back in 1888 when Giovanni Stramare founded the farm. Stramaret winery is little and family run you will learn the winemaking method walking along the steel tanks where the prosecco is fermented. Then you will sip 4 different types of Organic prosecco whose value is increased by the main ingredient that is always present in all the bottles: The Stramare family’s real love for the wine. They are proud to use natural farming methods, which do not use pesticides and chemical fertilizers or forcing irrigation. Respecting the principles of organic cultivation, intensive cultivation methods are not adopted.
