It is an interactive virtual experience organized from Venice. We will send you a personalised

Ingredients:
-3 eggs (Important: fresh ones! Also, to help with the whipping take them out of the fridge 1 hour before our cooking class, room temperature is better)
-Coffee (or chocolate milk if it’s for children or you don’t like coffee)
-125 grams of sugar
-Unsweetened cocoa powder
-250 grams of mascarpone cheese
-Ladyfingers (or similar biscuits).
For bigger portions you can multiply everything x2.
Tools:
-2 bowls
-Electric mixer
-Baking tray
-Spatula or spoon
-(Optional) Something to spread the cocoa powder.
Don’t worry, Tiramisù is as good as simple to make!
