What to Expect When Visiting VE, Veneto, Italy

Venetian cooking course and Italian cooking course. The course includes the creation of an appetizer, a first and a second. We will work together and then at your home you can replicate the recipes without difficulty.
We will start with the classic Venetian aperitif: The spritz! At the end of the course all the dishes will be tasted in the green of the Venetian countryside and during the summer an outdoor table will be organized.

Sample Menu

• Spaghetti with anchovies (Bigoi in sauce) – Bigoi, a typically Venetian pasta, is served with a sardine and onion sauce.
• Baby octopus salad – Baby octopus or octopus salad (based on market availability) prepared with lots of fresh vegetables, potatoes and good crispy bread!
• Grilled mussels – The mussels cooked with white wine will then be filled with breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley. Then oven and the mussels will be perfectly au gratin.
• Penne all’amatriciana – We will follow the classic recipe with bacon and tomato. A tasty first course and a great classic of Italian cuisine
• Tagliatelle with Bolognese sauce. – Tagliatelle and the classic Bolognese sauce. We will prepare the pasta fresh during the course
