Stop At: Civitavecchia Port, 00053, Italy
The private driver will pick you up at Civitavecchia Port for a full-day shore trip to Rome. Your Drivers have a special authorization that enables them to enter all restricted areas of the port. Therefore, you will meet our driver directly at the ship dock, when you get off the ship, holding a sign with your name.
Stop At: Vatican City, Vatican City, Lazio
Begin with the Vatican: visiting the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel with priority skip-the-line tickets. You will admire the impressive collection of Roman antiquities and paintings in the Vatican galleries and Michelangelo’s masterpiece in the Sistine Chapel. After the Vatican, your driver will accompany you and your private guide to the Colosseum, Rome’s most famous landmark. With your guide you will enjoy an exciting visit of the Coliseum inside, learning all about its gruesome and grizzly past! You will then learn about the Roman Forum with a panoramic view from Imperial forum street and Capitol Hill.

Next your guide will take you to the Pantehon, with its huge dome, the Pantheon is one of Rome’s best-preserved Roman buildings. You will make a stop for a delicious, complimentary Italian ice-cream, famous throughout the world. Afterwards, if you have time before your cruise ship departs your private driver will also take you to the Trevi Fountain and some of Rome’s famous squares such as Venice square and Navona square before taking you back to Civitavecchia Port.
