Join Stefano Corvucci, CEO of the Culinary Institute of Bologna who will be your private chef and host during your stay. No need for a rental car, he will personally take you on a journey to discover the flavors of Tuscany, Emilia Romagna, and the Veneto. You’ll visit the famous markets in each city choosing the ingredients for your meal that the chef will prepare for you later in the evening. You can cook with the chef if you desire. Eat with the chef at a local trattoria while he explains the regional differences of Italian cuisine. Spend 2 nights in Florence, 1 night in Bologna, and 2 nights in Venice.
