A part of the Langhe was inscribed on UNESCO’s World Heritage list, for its cultural landscapes, outstanding living testimony to winegrowing and winemaking traditions that stem from a long history, and that have been continuously improved and adapted up to the present day.
Some of the little towns we definitely recommend are: Neive, Barbaresco, Barolo, La Morra, Mango and Alba, which is a bit bigger.
In all of these places you will find fantastic wine producers and be able to participate in wine tastings. Not to mention the fantastic food!
You can also visit “La Casa del Trifulau” and take a guided tour to the natural truffles grounds, experiencing a real “truffle picking” along a scenic trail with rest areas.
