Trecastagni Trip Overview
An excursion dedicated to those who love nature and sport, but do not disdain good food. We will guide you to the most fascinating places of our volcano including the immense caldera of the Valle del Bove, the lateral craters and the most recent lava flows. We will let you experience the thrill of descending into the underworld of the volcano with a helmet and speleologist lights to understand how volcanic caves are formed. The “labors” will be repaid with a lunch break, at a typical Etna shelter / mill, where you will taste the typical products based on the availability of the period: cheeses, cured meats, products of the earth, rusticherie and other specialties, all accompanied by bread homemade and good red wine from Etna of local production. This excursion is organized on equal days with the participation of at least 4 people, also aggregated by our secretariat (on request also on other days in private formula).

Based on favorable weather conditions, the itinerary for the Etna Trekking excursion often includes a visit to the Valle del Bove, a magnificent natural amphitheater created by the collapse of multiple volcanic structures of the past. Here the panorama is surreal.
