You will start with Italian fresh past filled with meat or fish and a delicious sauce made with seasonal vegetable from the norther lagoon. Carolyn uses fresh products come from Venice and its islands.
You will make the pasta with your hand and then you will learn how to fill and close the “agnolotti”. After you will become patisserie chef and creating a delicious crème patisserie to put on the sweet local cakes!
