Day 1: Transfer Rome FCO-Vasto
Pass By: Abruzzo, Abruzzo
Transfer by private minibus equipped with every comfort from Rome FCO airport to Vasto in Abruzzo

Day 2: Vasto and its history

On the second day of our Itinerary in Abruzzo in the company of our recognized guide you will visit the city of Vasto,
ancient Roman town overlooking the Adriatic coast
You will have lunch in a renowned wine cellar where you will taste delicious wines from the Adriatic coast.
You will visit the enchanting “Punta Aderci Natural Reserve”

Day 3: From the Costa dei Trabocchi to the Majella

You will have lunch on Trabocco, an ancient fishing machine suspended between sea and sky
You will visit the enchanting “Roccascalegna Castle”

Day 4: From Majella to the Abruzzo National Park

“Abbey of San Clemente in Casauria”.
You will visit the city of Sulmona
You will have lunch in a renowned farmhouse with local products and typical dishes of the Abruzzo culinary tradition.
You will visit the wonderful village of Scanno, with its heart-shaped lake and counted among the most beautiful villages in Italy
In Scanno you will taste the Mostaccioli and the Pan dell’Orso in a renowned and historic pastry shop, typical Abruzzo sweets

• Lunch: Lunch in a farmhouse with typical Abruzzo dishes

Day 5: The Gran Sasso National Park

On the fifth day of our Itinerary in Abruzzo in the company of our recognized guide you will visit the Castle of Rocca Calascio (the highest in Italy at 1460 above sea level, classified by National Geographic as one of the 15 most beautiful castles in Europe)
You will visit the enchanting village of “Santo Stefano di Sessanio” counted among the most beautiful villages in Italy
You will have lunch in a selected restaurant
You will go to Castel del Monte, where you will visit the dairy that produces the famous “Pecorino Canestrato di Castel del Monte”, where a tasting of typical cheeses will follow
Meals included:
