A small walking tour of the lively and colorful Trionfale Food Market is included in our pizza class. Once you enter the market, you’ll feel lost in a whirlpool of colors and noises, which will give you a glimpse of real roman life. You’ll visit Mercato Trionfale with nearly 300 stalls, where Roman people go to stock their kitchens. You will also learn about the secrets of excellent Italian cuisine and the high-quality ingredients used in it. Walking through the local delicacies, you’ll taste three different types of pizza, cold cuts of meats, aged parmesan, truffle cheese and Porchetta!
After the Mercato Trionfale walking tour, you’ll be welcomed into the Pummare restaurant with local wine tasting. Your cooking class will start shortly. You’ll learn how to knead and lay out the dough, how to season it according to customer taste and finally how to prepare authentic pasta – Thanks to your amazing chef.
After the cooking class, you will taste the pasta prepared by you with one of the chef’s sauces and a delicious glass of local wine. Join the table, sip the wine with your new friends and ask your chef for little-known tips and techniques of the famous Italian cuisine and wine!

vinegar and 2 types of cold cuts
• Stop sliced pizza – Tasting of three different types of pizza
• Stop Porchetta tasting
• Arrival at Pummare restaurant in Prati 11:00 am
• Welcome aperitif with local wines tasting
• Pasta lesson starts at 11.15 am – The customer will learn how to knead and lay out the dough. They will taste prepared food with one of the chef’s sauces with a local wine tasting.
