What to Expect When Visiting Saline, Veneto, Italy
(from november to march only tasting, no winery tour)
We will visit the cellart and the park, with an explanation of organic cultivation techniques and grape varieties. Before the tasting, the winery tour will illustrate the different stages of winemaking and the machinery used today compared to the tools of the past.
The visit will begin in the Roccolo park, where there is a small circular building dating back to the 19th century, once used by hunters to capture migratory birds. Here the characteristics of the estate, its history and the link with the other companies of the host family will be illustrated.
Then we will go near the cellar, or outside to tasting our organic wines, accompained by quality cold cuts and cheeses, big breadstick and giant olives.
