What to Expect When Visiting Mischi, Veneto, Italy
You will spend two hours with Giovanna, who will tell you the story of the company, the philosophy that characterizes our working method and that has brought us a certain rate chosen in the cultivation of the vineyards and in the production processes of the characteristic wines of Lake Garda. We will tell you the particularities of each wine for tasting, with the passion that has distinguished us for 20 years.
We will first taste the Chiaretto, which is characterized by its nice crispness, but simultaneously appears lingering and persistent to the palate, to which is added the sapidity given by the minerality of the soil. We move on to the Bardolino, a ruby red wine, produced with Corvina and Rondinella grape varieties. Following is the Custoza, a white wine the color of straw, made with 60% Garganega, Trebbianello and a small percentage of Chardonnay, and to conclude a pure Corvina, which is the example of a wine made to be crisp, as an aperitif it can be combined with freshwater (lake) fish.
