You’ll enjoy an unforgettable home cooking class. As we use only local ingredients to cook, we’ll agree the menu in advance (3 dishes), according to your wishes and to the season. We use only fresh fruit and vegetables we buy at the local farmer market.
The cooking class is hands-on, our expert will show you the right ingredients and explain you the different phases of the preparation. We cook together and we’ll give you the exact recipe of the dishes, so that you’ll be able to cook them when you go back home.
At the end of the cooking class we enjoy a good Italian aperitif and then a good lunch/dinner.
The meal include local wine, and a good Italian coffee. A minimun of 2 people is required.
