Learn how to make fresh fettuccine by preparing the dough, handle ingredients and preparing the sauce, you will cook it, then eat of course! All lead by our local expert chef! While you enjoy this lovely experience in a fun environment you will drink prosecco, wine and taste some appetizers!

The highlight of this promenade will be the dishes you cook for yourself, including the traditional Jewish-roman style artichokes! On this hand-on class you will learn how to proper clean, peel, scratch and prepare the artichokes. Our local chef is ready to reveal all tricks and secrets about the Italian cuisine.

This legendary place is located in the heart of the Jewish Ghetto, a family-business from many generations. You will learn how to prepare real and authentic fresh pasta, the most famous Jewish-roman style artichokes and the most traditional Italian dessert, Tiramisù.
