Booking a transfer has never been so easy! Your friendly and professional driver will be pleased to take you directly to your destination in the comfort of a private, air-conditioned vehicle.
Arrivals
Your driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals, and he will be displaying a board with your lead passenger name. In case of flight delay, custom controls, lost luggage, etc, we will wait at the airport for 45 minutes since the official landing time. After that we will try to contact you asking whether we should leave or wait for you. For the waiting after 45 minutes a supplement may be required (payment on spot). In the event of no answer we will consider it a no show service and we will leave the airport.
Departures
For your return journey back to the Airport your driver will pick you up from outside your accommodation. The pickup time will be confirmed on the transfer voucher. Driver will wait for 30 minutes at the meeting point since the agreed pick-up time. After that, will try to contact you asking whether to leave or wait for you. For the waiting after 30 minutes a supplement may be required (payment on spot). In case of no answer we will consider it a no show service and we will leave the meeting point.
