For the transfers from Norcia:
– Name of the main passenger, phone number and email address,
– Pick up time and date requested for the transfer,
– Pick up point (Name of the hotel or full accommodation address in Norcia)

The waiting time for the transfer from Norcia is 30 minutes. For the transfer from Ciampino Airport the waiting time is 75 minutes. Once the waiting time is over and we do not receive any information from the clients, the driver will leave. In this case there will be no refund for the clients.
