We want to share with our guests the passion, tradition and secrets of pugliese cuisine. In your luggage back home, you will not only carry the memory of a wonderful holiday but also the knowledge in the preparation of typical dishes of the region and become a hobby or business ambassador for the Pugliese food.
Our pugliese base cooking course, understand the elaboration of 2 types of fresh pasta, pasta sauce with meat, croquettes and a delicious dessert.
The experience will end all sitting at the table, tasting all the dishes that together we prepare plus some entries that our chef will prepare.
