This is the philosophy behind our cooking experience, where you will leave Capri’s glamour behind for a few hours, emerging yourselves in a truly local experience in the neighbourhood of Matermania. Our four course “hands on” cooking experience highlights, traditional cooking methods, family recipes, and secrets that will become part of your story too. I open my home as it becomes yours through an intimate, friendly and authentic cooking experience, leaving you a bit more “Caprese” then before. After the arranged pick up we begin the experience with a walk of the neighbourhood arriving to a viewpoint facing the Amalfi coast. Just steps away at our “home sweet home” waiting for you will be a refreshing aperitif of locally sourced products. We will follow with a hands-on activities making Ravioli Capresi, a treat in the middle, a traditional Eggplant Parmesan and for dessert a family recipe of the Caprese lemon cake. Each dish is paired with a tasting of organic regional wines. We will end our time enjoying creations on our terrace.
