The beautiful “città murata” of Castelfranco di Sopra, founded in 1299, is fulcrum of our path. Our path winds through one of the most spectacular parts of ANPIL Le Balze: Located on the slopes of the Pratomagno. we will descend to the base of the flounces through a gorge, we will visit the small village of Piantravigne perched on a pinnacle like an eagle’s nest, we will return to the starting point through another path surrounded by greenery.
