You will arrive at a farm-factory producing “Mozzarella di Bufala cheese” – a typical product of this area .
Here, you will taste the products of the factory and have lunch at the restaurant. The meal includes two types of pasta, home-grown vegetables, mozzarella di bufala and ricotta cheese, home made bread, gelato, yogurt, wine and coffee.
