Sample Menu
• Tuscan Crostini – We start our experience preparing the special sauce of Crostino Toscano, traditional appetizer.
• Pici – Handmade spaghetti, real treasure of south Tuscany.
• Peposo Tuscan Style – Morsels of beef with red wine and pepper.
• Cantucci with Vin Santo – As dessert we’ll prepare Cantucci, traditional cookies of Valdichiana. They are very good dipped in Vin Santo, special sweet wine of our region.
