Your guides will meet you in Catania, and then you’re off to explore the mountain countryside. First we’ll cover the basics: bike fitting, safety talk, and map review. You’ll start with a ride along the scenic ridgeline down to the coastal plain below. You’ll be cycling past the stone walls and the moonlike typical landscape. In the afternoon, you’ll be taken back to Catania town.
