A journey among the sweet Apulian delights, among the flavors and aromas that this land offers. Pastries, Cegliesi biscuits, bocconotti ………. are just some of the delicacies that you can make together with the expert hands of our master Giordy Dad. Each course includes the explanation and creation of a typical Apulian dessert, chosen according to the seasonality of the necessary products, since it is important to use fresh and natural products, at km 0. After preparation, there will be the most awaited part: the tasting of the freshly produced dessert.
The course will last approximately 2 hours, including a coffee break of approximately 15 minutes. At the end of the course, the Academy’s certificate and apron will be issued, to take us back home with you. A short recipe book will allow you to reproduce what you have seen, even without the use of an ice cream maker.
