Guided by an expert master cheese maker, we will put our “hands on the dough” and try the processing and making of these dairy products, with the use of wooden tools.
The cheesemaker will make mozzarella, burrata, nodini and stracciatella before our eyes and the participants will have the opportunity to create their first milk products and taste the finished product, accompanied by local cold cuts and good Apulian wine.
