Your culinary adventure begins at 10:00 AM when Chef Luigi himself will pick you up from your hotel lobby in Bellagio, the post office or the ferry gate and regales you with tales from his kitchen on the ride over to his family’s restaurant. Chef Luigi will send you off with a bottle of homegrown olive oil, an apron, a diploma of participation, as well as an English-language recipe book focusing on dishes typical to the region. Your class will end at 2:30 PM when Chef Luigi returns you to Bellagio town or your hotel by private van with all of your culinary souvenirs.
