Book our Chef’s Table at the Culinary Institute of Bologna for a unique dining experience. Set in the kitchen of a 19th-century mountain retreat that was once a convent, you’ll enjoy a custom dinner prepared for you. You’ll be in the kitchen and watch the preparation of your meal while savoring local wines. The Chef will speak about the local foods and why Emilia Romagna is considered the breadbasket of Italy.
