The Antica Latteria invites you to its laboratory to live a unique experience “the production of Fior di Latte”.
Since its inception in 1998, the company has focused its attention on the modernity of production and business management with the aim of satisfying consumers who are more attentive to the quality of the product and service.
Fundamental, to ensure the high quality standards that Antica Latteria di Tramonti imposes itself, is the choice of raw materials, constantly checked with great attention to the hygienic part.
The start of the visit is obligatorily at 9.00, no later than. A small welcome presentation will be organized, with the explanation of Agostino the owner assisted by a translator. Guests will be given a head cover and shoe cover KIT, in order to enter the laboratory – The visit will last a maximum of 15 minutes – in order not to slow down production.
After the visit of the laboratory, customers will taste the products, a dish with mozzarella, ricotta and smoked provola will be prepared for the guests.
