Itinerary
Day 1: LEQUILE – WELCOME TO MASSERIA
Stop At: Lequile, Lequile, Province of Lecce, Puglia
Once you reach Masseria La Restuccia (or similar), you will be greeted with a welcome drink and room delivery.
Dinner is free. We recommend that you try the cuisine of the Masseria and take a stroll in the charming historic center of Lequile.

Day 2: LECCE – HISTORY AND FLAVORS OF SOUTHERN FLORENCE
Stop At: Lecce, Lecce, Province of Lecce, Puglia
After a hearty breakfast, a licensed and recognized guide will be waiting for you in the historic center of Lecce, considered the “Florence of the South”. You will admire the wonders and luster of the Lecce Baroque, learning about its history and events. You will learn more about Piazza Sant’Oronzo, considered the living room of Lecce, with the Roman Amphitheater and the harmonious Palazzetto del Sedile; and then the many churches, including the Basilica of Santa Croce.
To make you better know the traditions of the place, we have decided to let you taste the typical Lecce breakfast: at the historic Caffè Alvino, you will taste his majesty the Pasticciotto (a soft shortcrust pastry with a heart of custard), accompanied by the typical Salento coffee , mixed with almond syrup.
Lunch and dinner are not included, but the restaurants in the area will surprise you with their fish-based menus.

Day 3: GALLIPOLI – IONIAN PEARL
Stop At: Gallipoli, Gallipoli, Province of Lecce, Puglia
After the usual breakfast, the appointment of the day is in Gallipoli, at the San Giorgio pier, for a fantastic guided boat tour. From the viewpoint in the middle of the Ionian Sea, you can admire the rich historic center, the Porto del Canneto with the Greek Fountain (the oldest in Italy, which is said to have been built even in the third century BC), and the Angevin Castle, surrounded almost completely in the sea to have full control over the horizon.
Remember to bring your swimsuit with you! Don’t miss the opportunity to dive into one of the most beautiful seas of the Italian Peninsula. You will reach the most beautiful beaches and the Periplus of the island of Sant’Andrea, where we will offer you a tasty aperitif featuring traditional seafood and a glass of prosecco. (Tell us any intolerances or allergies).

Day 4: CURSI – THE ANCIENT MILL
Stop At: Cursi, Cursi, Province of Lecce, Puglia
Today you will reach Cursi, a 20-minute drive from Masseria La Restuccia (or similar), for a guided tour of an ancient underground oil mill located inside the “Trapetum” farmhouse, entirely excavated by hand, well preserved and the first case of innovative technological restoration.
Immersed in the hypogeum atmosphere, illuminated by only oil lanterns recovered on site and reproduced according to the ancient rule of the oil art, wearing VR viewers you will live an “immersive” experience, finding yourself in the mill in operation in 1600.
At the end of this suggestive experience you will taste our typical products and good local wine.
It will end with a pleasant walk to the Lecce stone quarries, a very ductile limestone, mother of the Lecce Baroque.

Just 10 minutes by car, we recommend that you freely visit Otranto, a jewel of Salento, a bridge between the West and the East, an area full of Caribbean beaches and a place rich in history, art and culture.

Day 5: LEQUILE – GOODBYE
