Stop At: Isola Palmaria, Porto Venere Italy
Your private hiking guide will meet you in Portovenere. With a few minutes boat ride, you will cross the narrow channel that separates the land from Palmaria island.
Palmaria is a small island that has preserved its natural beauty intact because for many years it has been a military area, not accessible to the public.
You will begin to follow the ring path that runs along the coast of the island.
From here you will enjoy the most beautiful view of the picturesque village of Portovenere, with its row of colorful houses, the walls and the church of San Pietro perched on the cliff.
You will continue along high cliffs admiring a glimpse of the Cinque Terre coast.
On the way, you will meet ancient fortifications and enjoy the view of the small island of Tino.
Continue immersed in the beautiful Mediterranean vegetation, skirting coves where you can cool off with a swim and then return to the starting point and from there take the boat to Portovenere.
