About your host, Cristina: “I was born in Siena and I currently live near the Chianti area. Since 2001 I have been cooking during events and parties, offering people a journey into the flavors and aromas of Persia. Don’t expect spicy dishes, but a combination of simple and unusual ingredients, which makes this cuisine really unique!”
