Ostuni: cooking class with local family in the countryside

In this experience you will be welcomed by me and my family in our house in the countryside surrounded by the olive trees of Puglia and under our guidance you will learn not only to cook handmade pasta, appetizers and typical desserts, but also the tricks that make the difference in our culinary tradition! If possible, depending on the season, we will harvest and use the vegetables and fruits from our garden. Obviously after cooking we will taste together the results of our work. At the end of the experience you will receive the recipes of the dishes so you can propose them at your home when you want! For our activity you can choose whether to book the morning shift at 11:00 or the evening shift at 18:00 and it will last three hours.

• As a non-alcoholic alternative to alcohol we offer Fanta.

• We offer transportation service to and from Ostuni in case of lack of car with additional price according to distance.
