What to expect During this tour?

Experience a day discovering the gold of Sardinian gastronomy: the saffron, a spice with a unique and special flavor that characterizes several of the island's products. The experience will take place in Olmedo, a small town near Alghero in northwestern Sardinia. You will learn about the different stages of cultivation and subsequent uses of this spice in the kitchen.
