To guarantee you a trouble-free transfer, for the reservation are required the following details:
For the transfers from Sorrento:
– Name of the main passenger, phone number and email address,
– Pick up time and date requested,
– Pick up point (Hotel or private address in Sorrento)
– Number of luggages and passengers traveling. Luggages of particular dimensions, eg. wheelchair, sport equipments, music instruments, stroller etc., must be indicated in the reservation.
– Vehicle type (Sedan 1-2 pax, Minivan 3-8 pax).
For the transfers from Fiumicino Airport other than the upmentioned details:
– Flight number of the arrival flight.
IMPORTANT:
The waiting time for the transfer from Sorrento is 30 minutes. For the transfer from Fiumicino Airport the waiting time is 75 minutes. Once the waiting time is over and we do not receive any information from the client, the driver will leave. In this case there will be no refund for the clients.
