What to Expect When Visiting Sorrento, Campania, Italy

The programme begins with the visit of the Villa with its olive trees from which the olives are used to make extra virgin oil used in the preparation of dishes . Then there is a walk through the kitchen garden, the garden, the shelter for the animals and a small show room of the products: vegetables, fruit ,oil and wine. Learn the techniques for preparing delicious, authentic Southern Italian dishes during three hour lesson and after enjoy the marvellous dishes or main courses on the Patio in front of the Villa.
