From Sorrento, we will begin an incredible journey to the island of love, sailing the crystal clear waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea.
The ancient fishing village of Marina Grande, an ancient Roman villa dating back to the 1st century BC, the natural waterfall used since Roman times, will be the scenery of our trip along the Sorrento peninsula.
Once in Capri, we’ll pass by the imposing Faraglioni rocks, admire the villa of Curzio Malaparte, visit the suggestive colored grottoes of Capri: – Blue Grotto – White Grotto – Green Grotto and reach the lighthouse of Punta Carena, one of the oldest in Italy. First stop to swim in Marina Piccola.
Landed on the island, enjoy a typical italian sandwich and 3 hours of free time to explore the hidden corners of the island.
At the end of the visit, second stop for swimming before come back to Sorrento.

We will see, from the sea, an ancient Roman villa dating back to the 1st century BC.

We will pass under the legendary Faraglioni, rocks thrown, according to Homer, by the Cyclops Polyphemus to get the attention of his father Neptune, God of the sea

Stop for swimming and then we will disembark in Marina Piccola of Capri.

At the end of the visit of Capri center, second stop for swimming. Then, will continue our tour around the island exploring the White Grotto, where you can see, among the white limestone rocks, the strong contrast between the light of the cave and the blue of the sea, making this place surreal also thanks to the thick and suggestive stalactites and stalagmites.

The Green Grotto, classified by speleologists as secondary (i.e. produced, due to destructive phenomena, after the formation of the mother rock), is composed of the oldest sedimentary rock on Capri, dolomite.

We will sail along the Lighthouse of Punta Carena, one of the oldest in Italy and from which you can admire the ancient path of the Bourbon forts.
Stop At: Blue Grotto, Via Grotta Azzurra, 80071 Anacapri, Island of Capri Italy
We will pass by the Blue Grotto. The visit is subject to waiting times. In agreement with all members of the group, we will decide whether to wait a maximum of 30 minutes or return to Sorrento.
