A short stop in Piazza Archimede will allow you to admire the varied architecture of this corner of Ortigia as well as the enchanting Diana fountain.

Piazza Duomo is the heart of Syracuse. The guide will show you the main prestigious buildings overlooking the square: the cathedral, Palazzo Vermexio, Palazzo Beneventano del Bosco and the church of Santa Lucia alla Badia.

The Maniace castle, with its imposing size dominates the skyline of Ortigia. The guide will tell you the history of this fortress and will accompany you inside to visit the suggestive hypostyle hall and to enjoy the splendid view of the harbor from its walls. Entrance tickets to the Castle (adults € 4) are not included and must be purchased by the participants at the entrance.
