Under the guidance of our professional chefs, you’ll create a delicious egg pasta dough suitable for various pasta shapes. You’ll also prepare two traditional pasta types and two seasonal sauces to accompany them. Our chefs will provide helpful tips and suggestions for recreating these dishes at home.
While your pasta dough rests, participate in a gelato demonstration. The chef will cover the history, traditional ingredients, and techniques for making this beloved Italian treat, as well as offer advice on finding the best gelaterias in Italy.
You’ll receive a digital recipe booklet to help you recreate these dishes with friends and family. Vegetarian options are available, and we ask that you inform us in advance of any food allergies or intolerances so we can accommodate you.
