The activity starts at the Ortigia market and continues in my villa in the Arenella area with the traditional Sicilian cooking lesson.
-You will find yourself in a relaxing environment surrounded by greenery. During the lesson you will be able to cook yourself, I will explain in an engaging, clear and simple way how to prepare a delicious menu .The meal may include meat or fish or vegetables of excellent quality.The chef will contact you about the menu..The recipes are always seasonal and with fresh local food, bought at the market. You will cook family recipes.
