Walk between the vineyard and the olive grove, visit to the Cinta Senese pig breeding (an ancient breed from the area of Siena characterized by a black mantle with a white “wall”), interaction with the pigs that live in a semi state wild, visit to our small winery, tasting of chopping boards with our Cinta Senese salami and pecorino cheese of Pienza, if the season allows it also fruit and vegetables harvested from our garden.

• Selection of croutons or panzanella – Toasted bread with garlic sauce, Cinta Senese pork ragout, Tuscan crostino or panzanella
• Cinta Senese pork cold cuts platter – Ham, salami, con man, lard, loin, capocollo, bacon, dry sausage
• Chopping board of Pecorino di Pienza – Served with compotes, 3 types of cheese, fresh, semi-seasoned and Morchiato Riserva
