The experience starts with our vineyard and olive grove tour together with a family member. Then, you will be led in our rustic kitchen where you will learn how to make the perfect pizza and a traditional dessert!
Let’s start with the dessert (it will be cantucci or chocolate salami or torta margherita etc). Then you will make your pizza dough from scratch in which you can add your favorite toppings.
Then, you will be led to your table to eat what you have prepared, (in addition to your pizza, we will serve you some bruschetta as an appetizer). While you’re enjoying your pizza, you will have a real wine tasting with a family member that will explain all the organic wines and olive oil that we produce.
And finally, Dessert!
